Description:
Client Services Directors report to the CEO. The position oversees and administers all work for assigned clients; is responsible for maintaining positive client relationships; and for expanding services to those clients. Client Services Directors are considered team leaders for their assigned clients and coordinate any and all activities performed by the firm on behalf of those clients, including insuring that all due dates are met. Client Services Directors rely on their extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Among the expectations of this position are extensive involvement in business development, management of a sector of the firm’s business, and participation in the formulation of firm policies and procedures. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected for this position.
Requirements:
- CPA
- 7 - 10 years experience
- Knowledgable in a variety of fields, concpets and practices
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Skilled writer and communicator
- Proven record of client success, firm managment and practice development activities.
