Description:
Excellent opportunity for a highly motivated team player to join our growing company.
Requirements:
- Requires set up and maintenance of accounting records for multiple entities, including bank accounts, loan draws, A/P, A/R, preparation of journal entries & financial statements.
- Must have ability to prepare and analyze financial statements and budgets.
- Must be able to interpret a wide variety of entity documents, loan documents and contracts.
- Must enjoy attention to detail and execution/implementation of accounting controls and balances.
- 5 years minimum development and/or construction background necessary.
- Supervisory experience a plus.
- Solid background with computerized accounting programs and Excel and Word.
