Non-Profit and Government:
FAL has significant experience with public agencies and appreciates the special constraints of public stewardship placed on those organizations. Moreover, our firm's work for public boards and commissions has given us an in-depth understanding of the distinction between policy and operations in the public sector.

It was FAL's unique experience and insight into government that in 1998 persuaded the Las Vegas - Clark County Library District Board of Trustees to hire our firm to act as the Managing Agent of the District, helping to resolve some serious internal problems and to recruit a permanent Executive Director.

Since then, we have continued to work with public-sector clients on a variety of assignments, including conducting financial and accounting reviews and, through our strategic partner, CLARITY Advisors to Management, conducting third-party organization assessments, assisting in strategic and business succession planning, facilitating management meetings and retreats, and providing interim management of agencies. Our public-sector expertise extends to agencies at the federal, state, and local levels.

Likewise, FAL has developed unique knowledge and expertise in the not-for-profit and community-based service environment. Stemming from a strong commitment to community service within our firm, FAL has extensive experience with non-profit organizations having worked with some of the largest in Southern Nevada.
