Curt Anderson Curt Anderson, CEO

Curt Anderson co-founded Fair, Anderson, & Langerman (FAL) in 1988 after a 12 year career with a national accounting firm. Highly successful, he was promoted to partner and served as a member of the firm’s board of directors.

Ronnie Sloan has been with Fair, Anderson & Langerman since 1999. She began her career with FAL as the director of staff development and marketing and now serves as president and partner.

Fair, Anderson, & Langerman co-founder, Jill Langerman has more than 22 years of public accounting experience. Langerman began her career working for a large national accounting firm and went on to manage a small local firm.

Meghan McLean has been with Fair, Anderson & Langerman for more than four years. She began as marketing coordinator and quickly moved to manager then to her current position of marketing director.

Slava Dimitrova joined FAL in 2005 as a junior staff accountant and recent college graduate.  After a short time with the firm, Slava’s stand-out abilities propelled her through the ranks of staff accountant, senior accountant, supervisor, audit manager and to her current role of client service director.
