Meghan McLean has been with Fair, Anderson & Langerman for more than four years. She began as marketing coordinator and quickly moved to manager then to her current position of marketing director. Since taking the helm of FAL's marketing department, Meghan has implemented a full marketing program including brand development, advertising, public relations, emarketing and client relations. In addition to her marketing responsibility at the firm, she also serves as a member of its executive team, which operates as FAL's chief operations officer.
In addition, Meghan is a management consultant for the firm's strategic partner, CLARITY Advisors to Management. In this role she provides marketing consulting to CLARITY clients on an as needed basis. Meghan has helped a global technology company build a corporate brand and strategic marketing plan, as well as performed a marketing audit of a nationwide auto parts manufacturer and recycler, and advised and facilitated its future marketing direction.
Meghan began her career on the public relations team at The Glenn Group, a statewide full-service marketing agency based in Reno. There she worked directly with all agency departments including account planning, creative development, and media planning to provide comprehensive, integrated marketing campaigns.
Meghan has contributed her time and marketing expertise to Opportunity Village and March of Dimes. She is currently in the 2009 Leadership Las Vegas class through the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce and serves as Board Treasurer for the International Association of Business Communicators. Meghan is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno where she received her degree in Journalism.
