Slava Dimitrova, Client Service Director

Slava Dimitrova

Slava Dimitrova joined FAL in 2005 as a junior staff accountant and recent college graduate.  After a short time with the firm, Slava’s stand-out abilities propelled her through the ranks of staff accountant, senior accountant, supervisor, audit manager and to her current role of client service director.

Slava directs FAL’s audit practice which includes management of the firm’s audit teams as well as oversight of all financial statement work. She has gained experience in a range of industries, including retail, construction, professional services, and not-for-profit.

Earning her degree from of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Slava graduated Magna Cum Laude with an overall GPA of 3.93.

She is a member of the Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Golden Key International Honor Society, Beta Alpha Psi, and the Construction Financial Management Association.

Slava also serves on the board of the “I Have a Dream” Foundation, a non-profit founded to address the high-dropout rate among low-income and at-risk students in Las Vegas. Since its inception, the foundation has increased the high-school graduation rate to 85 percent, among students involved in the program, compared to the national average of 28 percent.
