If most of the people in your company hit the lottery with a huge win, would they come to work the next day? If you thought “Who are you kidding?” after that question, maybe it’s time to take a long hard look at how you’re managing your human assets.

Client Recognition

Recognizing our clients, the Andress family and the Bigelow family whose generous contributions have helped build places like the Smith Center.

Madeleine and Don Andress have always shared a lifelong love of performing arts, from great films and rock and roll concerts to musical theater and dance. Over the years their passion has evolved into a concerted, community-wide effort to share the magic of the performing arts with others.

"We look forward to sharing the experience of first-rate, live performances with all members of our local community, friends, family and each other," said the Andresses, who recently presented The Smith Center with a Founder donation. "We're proud to have a world-class performing arts and education facility in Las Vegas and consider it a great privilege to support it."

Diane and Robert Bigelow infuse the performing arts culture into the daily fabric of their lives. Now, as Founders through their generous donation to The Smith Center, the Bigelows hope to continue building community appreciation for the arts.

"Over the years our family and friends have shared incredible memories of the performing arts," said Diane, whose earliest memories of the performing arts include traveling to New York City as a child with her mother to watch "The Nutcracker" every winter. "We are honored to support a vision that will both enrich the lives of others and serve as a historical turning point in our community. The Smith Center for the Performing Arts will be a place of wonderment and magic we can all enjoy."
