We are looking for an individual who is hungry for a challenge and driven for excellence. QuickBooks and public accounting experience preferred. Bachelor’s Degree required. What You’ll Be Doing…

• Become proficient in the preparation of individual, corporate, partnership and other types of tax returns under supervision

• Communicate with clients regarding information needed for preparation of tax return or clarification of issues

• Be aware of budgets on tax returns and have the ability to work with a superior on keeping within the budgets

• Understand key elements of client care and service

• Develop an awareness of tax issues, business problems and service opportunities with existing clients

• Keep lines of communication open between Firm and clients

• Maximize personal charge time

• Develop the ability to perform under time pressures and meet deadlines

• Develop sound business judgment, along with problem-solving and analytical skills

• Learn to bring unusual/significant accounting or auditing questions to a superior
