ASSISTANT
As an Administrative Assistant for FAL, you will have the potential opportunity to join one of the longest running tax and accounting firms in Las Vegas. Voted a “Best Place to Work” 7 years in a row by Accounting Today, we are looking for someone who can join our incredible Operations Team and aid in our business’s administrative support.
Position Overview:

Act as Administrative Assistant to firm Partners
-

High Level Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for firm Partners
-
Return emails and phone calls from clients and vendors regularly, and with professionalism
-
Coordination of firm’s Feedback process
-
Provide ongoing content recommendations (firm newsletters, social media posts, etc.)
-
Sit in for firm Receptionist during her lunch breaks, PTO days, etc.
-
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, reports, etc. as needed
-
Create and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
-
Assist in coordination of firm’s FUN Committee activities
-
Provide consistent CRM updates
-
Assist COO in coordination of professional policies and insurance matters
-
Special project printing and ordering as needed
-
Print reports, scan, organize and file paperwork as needed

Daily check-ins with firm Partners
Requirements:
-
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) & Adobe PDF
-
Organizational skills and quick comprehension
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Pays attention to detail and approaches work in a meticulous and thorough manner
-
Ability to prioritize projects and manage time efficiently
-
Experience with/willing to learn Canva, Constant Contact, WIX, etc.

Can be trusted with sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality
