The filing deadline for the Nevada Commerce tax is August 16, 2021. If your business has Nevada gross revenue exceeding $4,000,000 for the filing year July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021, then you must file by the deadline.
To date, there is no definitive guidance on whether PPP loan funds should be included in the revenue calculation. We will send out notifications as soon as this information becomes available.
The Commerce Tax is an annual tax passed by the Nevada Legislature during the 2015 Legislative Session.
