Ronnie is the first, and only, non-CPA partner. Her management and keen business instincts have helped steer the firm to success particularly during the recession of 2008. Recognized for her outstanding leadership abilities, Ronnie has been integral in the firm’s expansion as well as the establishment of FAL’s corporate culture and high rate of staff retention.

Prior to joining FAL, Ronnie was employed for nearly ten years at prominent estate-planning firm where she became a vital member of the firm’s management team.

​

Her passion is grounded in the impact she makes in the lives of those around her. She has two precious pups at home, along with an amazing husband, two kids and a grandson. She can be found on the weekend with friends and a glass of pinot grigio in hand.
