Lori Bettencourt

Head of IT and Client Service Administration

Lori has been part of the FAL team for 10 years but has worked in business administration for over 40 years. She services our clients with the online portal, as well as handling all the firm’s IT needs.
Lori is driven by learning, which ultimately led her back to university where she received a BS in business with an emphasis in information systems.  She is an active member of P.E.O Chapter G, as well as the Treasurer of the Las Vegas Firefighter Youth Hockey Foundation.
