Randi Bailey

Principal | Business Operations Manager

Since beginning work at FAL in 2015, Randi has served the firm in many different ways. Within her role, she handles HR and marketing, as well as overseeing the firm’s internal accounting systems.
Her most important accomplishment is receiving a Medal of Valor for her volunteer work with Community Ambulance at the Route 91 Harvest Festival tragedy. In her free time, she cherishes being with her husband, son and German Shepherd, Stella.
