Meghan McLean is a Las Vegas marketing veteran and entrepreneur. Much of her experience is rooted in professional services, from local to international markets, and includes a start-up providing interventions for Las Vegas’ special needs community.

​Meghan is a Partner at Fair, Anderson & Langerman (FAL) CPAs and Business Advisors, but she’s not an accountant. She re-joined FAL in 2020 to be a resource for clients as they adapt to the many changes in the marketing industry, most notably the advent of digital marketing. Meghan’s role is to help clients evolve their strategies to differentiate and continue to grow. To support this new line of service, FAL recently created a sister company, Valor Marketing which Meghan leads.

​Meghan’s expertise is in brand development, market positioning & planning, and establishing sustainable business development programs for companies. Among her accomplishments includes leading an international business development team to realize the highest annual revenue at the time for the company.

​

​One of her greatest professional learning experiences came by pursuing her passion to help support Las Vegas’ special needs community. The lessons learned from balancing the human need with the operational realities of the business fuel her outlook today.

​Meghan is a member of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce and sits on the Government Affairs Committee, a Leadership Las Vegas alumni and UNR graduate.
